What does AAP stand for?
AAP happens to be the initials of Adam, the founder of AAP Imports.  However it does not stand for anything specifically in the "AAP Imports" name.

I am looking for something not listed on your website.  Can you get it in for me?
There are millions of products world wide and we cannot possibly list them all on our website.  However, we can get them!  Simply e-mail us with what you are wanting and we'll get back to you ASAP with price and availability.

I am wanting to order a few items - can I get a bulk discount?
Yes! In most cases we are able to offer a discount for a customer purchasing multiple items.  Simply e-mail us with what you would like to purchase and we'll get back to you with a discounted total.  Please bare in mind that we are not a 24/7 quote service and would appreciate those that have money and plan to buy in the short term be the only people e-mailing.  With the volatile exhchange rate, quotes months old are unlikely to be valid, therefore getting a quote when you are ready to purchase is the best idea here.

I haven't received my item yet and it has been a few days. Help?
If it has been more then 3 days since you received information that you item(s) were shipped and you still have not received them then please e-mail us and we will track down the items and provide you with an ETA.  In the event that the goods have been lost/stolen whilst in transit we will send out replacements as soon as possible.

I e-mailed you guys a few days ago but haven't heard back.
This could be due to technical issues, but in most cases will mean we have simply overlooked your e-mail and have forgotten to reply.  Send us another e-mail to chase us up and we'll get onto it ASAP!

What forms of payments do you accepts?
Locally we accept credit card, cash,eftpos and online internet transfer.  Internationally, unless you are purchasing via the website with your credit card, wire transfer is the only payment option we accept.

I want something and you are out of stock - how long is it going to take?
Whilst we try to keep as many different items in stock as possible, there will be times when we are out of stock on something you want.  Sometimes are special order only and some items we do regualr orders on.  In either case it is best if you e-mail us and get an ETA or find out whether you need to place a special order with us.

Are all of your prices correct?  Some of the prices seem way too expensive and other seem a little too cheap.
With the current economic environment meaing the exchange rates are jumping around all over the place, there are going to be times when our prices are not accurate.  We try to update them as often as possible, but if you are not sure that a price is correct then please contact us.  If a product is in stock and seems to cheap then that is your gain and our loss!
